This quote was inscribed upon a large rock plaque that was visible daily to all medical residents, including myself. Every day, for three years, I read this quote both at the beginning and the end of my 12 and 24 hour shifts. The quote has now become a personal motto for me during my medical career. Serving patients in need of medical care is definitely a privilege and an honor, but, even more so, a blessing. Dr. McCall specializes in internal medicine as well as hospital medicine, caring for patients here at Innova Primary Care as well as patients at Crestwood Medical Center. She enjoys reading on a variety of topics, listening to an eclectic range of musical tastes, as well as traveling the world. She teaches medical students who are in the process of becoming physicians themselves. She participates in medical mission trips and is especially interested in sea turtle conservation efforts.

AboutMandy is originally from Brookhaven, MS; however, as a Navy spouse, Mandy has lived and worked in several states. Mandy has over 24 years of experience in the medical field, including as a Cardiac Stress Technician at Albuquerque Presbyterian, a Medical Assistant at Yale Digestive Diseases, and a Patient Services Technician at LabCorps. Mandy moved to Huntsville in 2019 and joined the Innova team in 2023. As Lab Lead, Mandy is responsible for operating and maintaining the lab equipment necessary for patient lab testing and is responsible for phlebotomist training, processes, and procedures at both offices.
Mandy enjoys putting patients at ease and helping others. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, photography, being outdoors, going to the beach, and spending time with her three grandchildren.

AboutConstance is originally from Los Lunas, New Mexico, but has lived in several states due to serving over 20 years in the Air Force. AboutChase grew up in Russellville, Alabama. Chase worked as a registered nurse for over 4 years with cardiac surgery patients at Huntsville Hospital prior to pursuing her masters degree at UAH. Chase has two young daughters with her husband Tom who works as an engineer in Research Park. AboutDajah is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. Dajah primarily grew up in Orleans Parish until moving to Madison, AL, in 2008, which she has since called home.
